Children's Ministry

God expects parents to prepare their children for life and faith. He didn't design the family to reach this goal alone, but within the community of the church. We are developing a partnership between parents' loving nurture and the church's truth. Alone, each of these influences have some impact on children. Together we have a much greater and complete result.

In every area of our ministry to children we work to understand parents' needs. We teach children godly character and equip parents to take the lead in preparing their children to know God, trust Jesus and show compassion to people.

Summer Spectacular (VBS)

Each summer we set aside a week for parents and kids to learn, laugh and hang out together.

Summer Spectacular focuses on building godly character through teaching, games and projects.

This year we provided backpacks and school supplies for children on the San Carlos Apache Reservation in Globe, AZ. Tory & Kara Satter have been working with the Apache people for 6+ years.

Watch highlights from this year!

  Student Ministry

We desire to fill several roles in the lives of students as we partner with parents.
     1. Lead students to the truth;
     2. Be another voice in their
         lives saying what parents
         say;
     3. Encourage students to live
         out their faith in their
         culture.

High School Ministry

OverTime provides a "front  door" to our group through fun activities or community service. These events are planned through small groups.

iConnect is the environment focused on exploring how faith and life mesh. It meets at 10am on Sundays.

Small groups are where students live out community and experience authentic relationships. Small groups meet on various nights. Want to connect with a group? Email us here.

Middle School Ministry

Middle Schoolers are full of potential. That's why our ministry to 6th-8th graders is called 4:12. Based on 1 Timothy 4:12 where a young man is encouraged to make a big difference to the people around him.

4:12PM is full of energy and fun. It's a great place to bring friends and get encouragement in the middle of the week. It meets on Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00pm.

Check out the 4:12 page!

  Parents

We will average 40 hours of influence with children this year. A parent will have 3000 hours. Understand too that God created parents to have the greatest influence in the lives of their children. It's not hard to believe, what happens at home is more important than what happens at church.

For many parents the job of raising godly children in today's culture is a daunting task. That's why we work to develop partnerships with families. We seek to train parents in what, why and how to pass on their faith. We want to provide the resources and the support they need.

In anticipation of a single family-inclusive service, here are some practical steps you can take to make worship time with your kids positive and enjoyable.

Preparing for Worship (8:31)
Participating in Worship (3:34)
After Worship (2:39)

Adults

One of our primary focuses is leading people to have a passion for God. All through the Bible, God expresses a desire to KNOW us. He doesn't want our work or good behavior, he wants our hearts.

We're working to lead people first to a passionate love relationship with God through moment by moment willingness to surrender to Him.
