Use Me In a church family, like any other family, every person has a responsibility to do their part. If God's people are to deepen their passion for God and compassion for people, we all need to do what we do best. The Use Me tool allows ministry team leaders to find people who have talents, abilities and interests that match ministry needs. Please do your part by completing the Use Me form. Return it in the offering plate, to the info center or the church office. Someone will contact you when a ministry match is found.

Engage Newsletter The Engage Newsletter is a listing of events and activities that represent the people of the body of Christ connecting with one another in order to serve others and grow in their faith. If you have a ministry event or activity that you would like to lead and have included in this monthly newsletter, please print and fill out the Engage Application form. Freneo Prayer Conference Every Fall brings a weekend focused on deepening our roots through prayer. Past conference speakers have included Bob Russell, Dean Trune and Jimmy Holman.

Family Dedication Each Mother’s Day we celebrate parents who publicly state their intention and desire to raise their children to know God, trust Jesus and show compassion for people. Check the calendar in April for a special orientation class.

Summer Spectacular (VBS) Each summer we set aside a week for parents and kids to learn, laugh and hang out together. Summer Spectacular focuses on building godly character through teaching, games and projects. Watch highlights from last year! See details for THIS year.

July 4th Celebration 2010 marks a new twist on a classic Kingsway tradition. Our annual all-church picnic is moving to Trendwood Park (132nd & Pacific). Shoebox to Smiles Every Fall, Kingsway renews a partnership with Joshua Mock to minister to some of the 10,000+ Sudanese refugees in the Omaha area. Shoebox to Smiles is a simple ministry of filling boxes with toys, school supplies and other items. When those boxes are given to families who have nothing at Christmas, they are transformed into smiles on the faces of those who receive them. Learn more.
